Questions, answered

Do fans need an app to film?

No. They scan your QR code, type a name for their camera and start filming. No app and no account.

What can we film with?

Any recent phone, tablet or laptop, plus drones and pro cameras.

How do I stop someone filming?

Stop any single camera from your show page, or turn off the crowd link to stop every crowd camera at once. The link also closes by itself when the time you set is up.

Who can watch?

Only you, and anyone you send a watch link to. They see the broadcast you put together, not every raw camera. You decide how long the link works, and you can turn it off at any time.

How long are replays kept?

The replay opens as soon as you end the show. During the beta, replays are kept for a few days. Longer replays come with the paid plans.

Why do I have to verify who I am?

The person running a show is responsible for what gets filmed. Checking who they are keeps fake accounts out and protects your fans and your band.

Can I make a video from the footage?

Soon. You'll be able to download every angle already lined up and cut your own video from the whole crowd's footage.
